Here is my simple
solution. Have the FREE MSWord viewer available, or at least the
download
link for those that do not
have MSWord.
Anyone can view them when
they use this. That will save you work from any of the other
alternatives
that you have listed.. rest
your brain! lol
You can also make
available to them this free office suite.. it has the same
things that work with
the MS office suite..
difference being IT IS FREE-eeee!

FYI
A lot of these answers have come from our members as well as from all kinds of sources that have been used in many of the Hooty groups to answer members questions over the years.
