Answers to your FAQnA's from Hooty and friends!

 

Be sure that you have this turned on or you will not find it:
 Tools > Folder Options > View Tab
Under Hidden files and folders .... click the Show hidden files
and folders! OK
 C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Runtime
 
  Did you know that a lot of times you can just right click
on the Incredimail Icon in your task bar on the bottom right
of your desktop and exit.. let it shut down all the way and
then reopen it and it will clear out a lot of the temp files
and run smoother?
The answer is not always in the runtime folders.. some times
you just need a fresh start.
