Answers to your FAQnA's from Hooty and friends!
Answer 1
If you find that every one you
know says that they are not receiving any of the
pictures you are sending in your email and your fancy stationery you send
doesn’t have pictures in it either and all they are seeing is a box with a red
X in it then the problem could be a setting in Outlook Express. Sometimes
when
you do a Windows Update the update changes a few things in Outlook
Express.
Follow the steps below and then your pictures should show up in your email
for everyone to see.
OPEN Outlook Express.
Click On TOOLS.
In the drop down box click on OPTIONS.
Go to the SEND tab.
Left click on the HTML Settings button in the Mail Sending Format
In the HTML Settings box that opens, make sure you have a checkmark beside “Send
Pictures with messages” if you don’t have a checkmark, left click on the
little box beside this option to put one there
Click OK to close this box.
Click OK to close the Documents box.
Now your pictures will be sent with the emails you send and the people receiving
your emails will have the pictures included.
